For The Record

You know, I feel like I share quite a lot with you.

My life, my tragically poor decision-making, my alleged substance abuse problem, which really isn’t that bad. I have everything completely under control. Trust me. So after all this time I figured you had a pretty good idea of who I am. But… maybe not?

Opie reached out and asked if I’d be willing to do an interview. Since I spend most of my days documenting my own adventures, I wasn’t entirely sure what was left to ask. Still, I said yes. I mean, it’s Opie.

She invited me over and had an entire photo studio set up for the occasion. That’s actually required by the waiver. If you’re going to interview me, I expect good lighting. I have standards. Then again, we’ve all heard those stories about unsuspecting girls being invited over “for an interview,” only to discover the interview wasn’t really the main event.

Fortunately, this one actually was. We talked about, photography, writing, nightlife, my favorite subject Vanity, and the strange path that somehow led me to galleries and stuff. I think I managed to sound like I knew what I was talking about.

If you want to be the judge of that, you can read the interview here (on Primfeed) or here (on Flickr).

Adding one picture, where Opie “needed to check the light”.
