OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE OFFICE OF MS. DOREEN ELYTIS
My name is Tamsyn, Personal Assistant to Ms. Doreen Elytis. On behalf of Ms. Elytis and her legal representatives, I have been instructed to issue the following statement regarding recent media reports and the allegations made therein.
Over the past few days, several media outlets have published increasingly sensational stories alleging that Ms. Elytis was apprehended at an international airport while returning home from a series of public appearances.
Ms. Elytis and her legal team categorically deny these allegations and wish to address the most outrageous claims currently circulating.
1. Allegations of inappropriate relations with foreign dignitaries
Ms. Elytis was travelling on behalf of her agency, attending a number of prestigious brand engagements, movie premieres and fashion shows. At no point during her travels did Ms. Elytis meet with any sheikh, emir, prince or other member of foreign royalty, nor did she provide any services to such individuals, sexual or otherwise. Any suggestion to the contrary is entirely fabricated, deeply offensive and beneath the dignity of someone of Ms. Elytis' standing.
2. Allegations of drug trafficking and cartel involvement
Ms. Elytis was NOT apprehended at the airport in possession of substantial quantities of illegal substances. Should any contraband have been discovered in her luggage, Ms. Elytis maintains that it could only have been planted there by parties seeking to damage her reputation. She further categorically denies any involvement with international drug trafficking organisations, particularly the so-called Kiko Cartel. The recent statements made by individuals such as Markus Dahl, members of the Vampurrs and the Silkstone family are particularly reprehensible. These individuals, whose credibility is dubious at best, appear to be engaged in a coordinated campaign to discredit a woman whose reputation has, until now, remained entirely impeccable.
Ms. Elytis' legal team is currently reviewing all available options.
3. Allegations of imprisonment, extradition and cosmetic surgery
Contrary to widespread media speculation, Ms. Elytis is NOT serving a prison sentence, nor is she being held pending extradition to a neighbouring country. She has simply elected to extend her stay abroad for a period of personal reflection, relaxation and much-needed privacy. Furthermore, we wish to preemptively dismiss any rumours suggesting that Ms. Elytis intends to undergo cosmetic surgery during her absence. Ms. Elytis has never undergone cosmetic procedures, nor does she have any intention of doing so. Her appearance is entirely natural, a fact that should hardly require official confirmation.
4. Circulation of allegedly compromising photographs
We are aware of several photographs circulating online that purport to show Ms. Elytis in a state of considerable distress, bearing visible injuries, allegedly following an unsuccessful attempt to evade arrest. These images are categorically rejected as manipulated, fabricated or AI-generated. Ms. Elytis has never attempted to evade arrest, primarily because there has never been any legitimate reason to arrest her. Any further publication or distribution of these defamatory images will be met with immediate legal action by both Ms. Elytis' legal representatives and her agency.
5. Ms. Elytis' anticipated return
Finally, Ms. Elytis has personally instructed me to convey her warmest regards to her many admirers, supporters and devoted fans. She wishes to assure everyone that she remains in excellent spirits and looks forward to resuming her public appearances as soon as circumstances permit. At present, her anticipated return is Thursday, October 15, at the earliest. We wish to emphasise that this date is entirely coincidental and bears absolutely no relation to recent reports suggesting that foreign judicial authorities intend to detain Ms. Elytis until precisely that date. Any suggestion of a connection is absurd.
Ms. Elytis thanks you for your continued loyalty and asks that you respect her privacy during this entirely voluntary period of absence.
Further statements will be issued if and when Ms. Elytis considers them necessary.
