Tra$her, but make it Vegas

Some places reopen and you happen to notice they moved a lightbulb. Or two.
Other places come back like they’ve been aiming for something bigger the entire time. Tra$her is the second one.

I was lucky enough to get early access while Matty, Cenit and B.B. are still putting the final touches on things, and I’ll be honest, I wasn’t prepared for this. Not by a long shot. This is not the “this is nice” sense. This is the what do you even do with this much space, this many ideas, this much atmosphere kind of way.

Because what used to be that chaotic, packed, hole-in-the-floor energy we all knew… has expanded into something that feels like a full immersive experience. Matty, Cenit and B.B. didn’t just rebuild a club. They built a world around it. A Vegas-inspired playground where everything connects. You move from a main club to a casino, from a burlesque venue to a country bar, from an arcade to a diner, and at some point you realize you’re not just visiting a place anymore, you’re moving through it. You belong. You are Tra$her.

What stood out to me is that they didn’t try to copy Vegas. It’s the idea of it and filtered through Tra$her. Beautiful. Something to see or do everywhere. More intimate, but layered. Personal. If you get married and have second thoughts, get divorced around the corner just as easily. Visit the fairground or a psychic for a reading. It’s all slightly chaotic in the best way. And somehow, the original energy is still there.

As Matty put it: “everything people enjoyed about Tra$her is still here… just bigger, brighter, and better.” That tracks.

After I finished my preview-tour so I can tell you that yes, you need to visit Tra$her when it opens, you want to, you aren’t complete before you do, I ended up in one of the diners at some point, sat down for a second and took a quick selfie, the one photo I could take. I promised not to take photos while I was there, and I kept that promise. But if I hadn’t, this page would have been full of them.

You really do have to see this for yourself.

Go there on Saturday, or any day after that, and just… take it in. This won’t just be opening night. This is going to be consistently. Because this isn’t just a venue anymore. It’s a rotation. Different nights, different spaces, different moods. Weekly parties, themed events, a monthly “Lucky 77” sales event where creators bring back items at Vegas-style pricing. There’s always something happening, or about to happen, or just finished happening. That’s the point.

A place where, as Cenit told me, something is always going on, no matter where you end up. A party, a date, a wedding, a breakup somewhere near the bathroom.

If you knew Tra$her before, you’ll recognize it.
If you didn’t, this is a very good time to start.
You’ll hear about it anyway.
Better to be there first.

I’ll see you there.
